Multihead Weighing Machine is special designed weigher for big products like: potatoes, lemons, onions, oranges. which is not bigger than 10cm. The speed can run 35 bags per minute for 1500g , It is specially designed to adapt for products which is big and round.
Introduction of Multihead Weighing Machine
- On the top cone, there is two stopper layer, made by silicon, to prevent the potatoes from running to fast.
- In the feed funnels, top cone, buckets and collecting chute, there is one buffer layer, made of s.s. Hooks and silicon layer. To protect the potatoes from hitting too strong and get hurt.
- There is one more buffer ring in the collecting chute, to prevent the potatoes from running too fast and get hurt.
- The top cone is 150 degree, flat for such big products.
- 85 degree inclined collecting chute to make the chute lower, for protecting the products.
