Manual Book of Auto Lifting Conveyor
INTRODUCTION
It is made of 304 stainless steel. The belt is made of PP which is hygienic and healthy. This product works on the theory of gears mutual conveying. Comparing with the traditional conveyor this conveyor is connected through the gear, so the conveyor is stable, wearable and water-fast. The bar and the cleats can heighten the objects and avoid the objects leaking. It composes the automatic quantitative packing system combined with the weigher and packing machine, which is applying widely. The conveyor is easy to install and wash.
APPLICATION
This kind of conveyor is used mainly to convey the solid food, such as rice, chip potato, candy, vegetable, etc.

INSTALLATION
Please refer to the following drawing
OPERATION
- Start————–Start the machine
- Stop—————Stop the machine normally
- 3. Emergency——-Stop the machine emergently
- Speed Adjustor–Adjusting the speed of the feeder
- Auto/Manual—–Conversion between automatic and manual mode
- Power On———When it is light, the machine is connected with power
- Work On———-When it is light, the machine is running.
CAUTION:
- If the affiliated feeder is not controlled by the conveyor conformably, please start the conveyor before starting the feeder. Otherwise, the object will fall off.
- Please prevent the material from jamming into the conveyor inside.
- Please stop and check the machine immediately when you find the machine running abnormally or hear the sharp noise, and please contact the manufacturer.
4．It is normal that through the photoelectric sensor is cut off, the machine will stop after several seconds when the machine is under automatic function.(you can adjust the Timer in control box to change the time.)
MAINTENANCE AND NOTICE:
- Please check the chain periodically during the production .(At the beginning, you had better check once every week).Keep the chain neither loose nor tight
- You can clean the machine with water directly (Notice: we do not suggest unloading the whole belt to clean, which avoids reinstalling the machine wrong) .
- Please reinstall it according to the following drawing strictly after you discharge the belt and repair it.
