Manual Book of Pneumatic Mesh Bag Clipping Machine
1.Remove all the packing material
2.Get the sticker fix Component, remove the plastic cover of the disk.
3.Separate the component and put the sticker in side and recover, attention to the sequence in picture.
4.Put the sticker fix component on the immobilization polo on the desk, attention that the height and angel is adjustable by the rotary knob.
5.Get the cylinder fix component and fix it together. Then fix it on the immobilization polo behind the desk. Attention you can adjust it through the two rotary knob.
6.Put the cylinder and net on the support
7.Remove the tie of the clip guide,then remove the Hammer block,put the U502 clips on the guide,please note that the leg of the clips should be outward.then put the hammer block back.
8.Release the three wire, Note the 5.power plug,6.pump contact, 7.switch. And link the power plug and pump contact.
9.Open the switch on the clipper, then the light turn on.Then you can do the clip work by step on the step switch(One step on the switch then remove the step).
10. Please note that never do the clip work when nothing to clip here.
11.Please note to add lubricating oil(one drop) on the down mould after 50-100 times clipping.
